Its general request to all my friends its very bad company only interested in money. when pay for the tour there all responsibility gets over, if anythings goes wrong with tour they puts there hands u (Read More)p. I have suffered lot of pain and finally i did'nt get feed back from company. So its request to all people to beaware with this company and if possible avoid them go for some other company. for any details you can conatact me on my mail i.e. [email protected]

Dear Mr Bhavesh It is sad to know that you have experienced problem in your trip to Dharamshala. During our problem resolution process our customer care agent Ranveer has been touch with you since the problem has been reported.We had been in constant touch with you throughout your whole trip which you had thoroughly enjoyed (pickup from pathankot station, hotels and private transfers and sightseeing) and only on the return journey you were not given the seats allotted to you however you have travelled on the same tickets provided by us. Your call to refund the entire trip amount just because you did not get the allotted seat nos is is unjust and also against our refund policies. We however apologise for any inconveniences caused.
