Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Almaty
Arrive at Almaty International Airport, where you will be greeted by our local representative. Transfer to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is at leisure – relax at the hotel or explore the surroundings on your own. Overnight stay in Almaty.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before beginning your guided tour of Almaty. Discover the city’s blend of history and modern charm with visits to Panfilov Park – a peaceful green space in the heart of the city, and Zenkov Cathedral – one of the tallest wooden churches in the world. Pay tribute at the Memorial of Glory & Eternal Flame and experience the bustling energy of Republic Square & Monument of Independence. Head to Kok-Tobe Hill, home to the world’s tallest TV tower, and enjoy a scenic cable car ride down to the city. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Almaty.
After breakfast, venture into the mountains to visit the famous Medeo Ice Rink, located 1,691 meters above sea level. Then continue to Shymbulak Ski Resort at 2,260 meters, where you can enjoy stunning alpine scenery and mountain air. Ride the gondola up to 3,163 meters for breathtaking views of the Zailiysky Alatau Mountains. Return to Almaty and spend the night at your hotel.
Fuel up with breakfast before embarking on a scenic drive to Charyn Canyon, located about 236 km from Almaty. Explore the canyon’s 12-million-year-old rock formations shaped by nature and time. Visit the unique relict Ash Tree Grove, one of only two such natural groves in the world. Capture the dramatic landscapes and take a short hike through the canyon. Return to Almaty in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed day in Almaty. Discover the city’s best shopping destinations, including Dostyk Plaza, Mega Mall, and Forum Mall, offering a mix of local and international brands. Optional leisure activities include café hopping, park strolls, or visiting local museums. Return to the hotel for your final overnight stay in Almaty.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. You will be transferred to Almaty International Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Kazakhstan.

1. Cancellation Charges (Based on Notice Period)

  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the package cost
  • 21–29 days before departure: 25% of the package cost
  • 14–20 days before departure: 50% of the package cost
  • 7–13 days before departure: 75% of the package cost
  • Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% of the package cost (No refund)


2. Refund Process
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be returned via the original mode of payment.


3. Important Notes
  • Cancellations for flights, trains, or hotels are governed by respective provider policies and may incur separate fees.
  • No refunds are issued for unused services, last-minute changes, or early departures.
  • In cases of force majeure (natural calamities, health emergencies, government-imposed restrictions), we will work to provide alternate travel dates or credits instead of refunds, wherever feasible.
