Booking Terms and Conditions: 
  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 35% of the total tour cost or INR 20,000 per person, whichever is higher, is required at the time of booking. This will be adjusted toward the final tour cost.
  • Balance payment must be made 25 days prior to departure.
  • For bookings made within 25 days of departure, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
  • 60+ days prior to departure – Booking deposit/service fee applicable
  • 59 to 45 days prior – 40% of total tour cost
  • 44 to 30 days prior – 55% of total tour cost
  • 29 to 15 days prior – 75% of total tour cost
  • Within 14 days of departure – 100% of total tour cost

The booking and arrangements initially was excellent. Reeta was contacting me almost daily to assist me and finalise my itenerary. She also accommodated my preferred hotel requests. I then made paymen (Read More)t ,on 7 October 2024. Since then Reeta has stopped communicating. She however did ask her office to send me internal travel arrangements (after I requested the details) and I have since only had communications from Nikhil from her office. I just feel that I should have been advised by Reeta, that after initial sale by her , I will be handed over to her office admin for ongoing communication. Then I would understand. Otherwise I just felt neglected. Hope it all starts and ends well. I only arrive in Mumbai on 11/11/2024. But still dont know who will meet me at airport. Regards Mano
