Chardham Yatra Special Tour Package

• Kindly check the hotel pictures before booking. The premium quality of hotels may vary in hilly regions.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately in addition to the package cost.
• As per government guidelines, the passenger must complete biometric registration for the Yatra before the Yatra begins.
• Adherence to all timings is mandatory.
• Guests are required to book a local jeep from Sonprayag to Gaurikund and back to Sonprayag at their own expense.
• No refund will be provided in case of force majeure.
• We shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or any other such incidents. Additionally, any changes to the itinerary due to landslides on the Chardham tour route will not be our responsibility.
• Meal varieties (breakfast/dinner) will be based on the hotel menu.
• Passengers must leave the hotel by 4 AM for the trek to Kedarnath Ji Temple, starting around 5 AM. Passengers must return in time for the next day's departure. Ponies or dolis should be arranged by the passengers at their own cost.
• All government norms must be strictly followed.
• If any pilgrim is found with a high temperature during thermal scanning, they will not be allowed to visit the shrine. COVID-19 testing (RT-PCR/ANTIGEN/TRUENAT/CBNAAT) will be conducted at the pilgrim's expense.
• Certain places on the Chardham route, such as Triyuginarayan, Lakha Mandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adi Badri, Bhavishya Badri, etc., are not part of the standard itinerary. Please contact the company directly to include these destinations.
• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings between the pilgrims/tourists and the Nigam will fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and must be filed within 90 days.
• A vaccination certificate (two doses) or an RT-PCR test may or may not be required for the tour.
• In case a pilgrim/tourist leaves the tour midway due to personal reasons, no claim for a refund will be entertained by the management.
• Tour destinations or routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended routes and destination rates may differ.
• Management reserves the right to cancel any service without a refund unless the full advance payment has been received and accepted by the company.
• Most regional properties rely on power backups, and geysers may not work during power outages.
• Any unforeseen hike in transportation, hotel, food, or helicopter ticket costs will increase the package cost.
• The company is not responsible for changes in the itinerary due to uncontrollable circumstances, whether man-made or natural.
• Vehicles will be parked only in designated parking areas at stations, airports, hotels, or sightseeing spots. Guests must walk to and from the parking points.
• If you have issues with the driver or have other concerns, please get in touch with the company immediately.
• Driving is prohibited after 7 PM in the Char Dham sector.
• The passenger must book helicopter tickets through the Chardham Yatra portal.
• As directed by aviation companies, helicopter flying schedules may change due to weather conditions.
