I want to appreciate each and every staff of the stay, I had met with an accident during the trip prior reaching to vagamon, the property manager was very generous to facilitate me with all needs, food to the room, and arranging the vehicle to the hospital. I wish I had visited the property at the right health condition to enjoy the stay. Thank you Zostel vagamon and special thanks to Vinu kumar, Vishnu and Joel.

Everything is good....joel and vishnu from the reception...they became my best friends during stay...osm people....People from kitchen...Manas...such a gem and sweet calm guy....thank you guys for the company

Magically peaceful
The property is too peaceful and nice. Loved the view from our room! The property manager was quite gracious. I am unable to recollect his name, however he looked like 'Sadhguru' but cooler :D He was humble enough to offer us his own invented dessert when our dinner order was taking a long time to arrive. Similarly the next day we had an honour to try out his another dish. He plated iddiyappum with coconut gravy topped with crunchy 'chivda'. This could easily be the Indian version of Khow Suey!
No outside food is allowed. I always like to have that option

Food was mostly below average
Terrible service. The staff dont answer the calls after 9 or 10 pm even if you need something and imagine if it is an emergency, youre all on your own in an extremely remote place!

I do not recommend going to this Zostel, this is not value for money.
I did not expect a brand like zostel to provide such room where the beds were not clean and there was something there which kept biting us, we had small pops all over our body after coming back from there really bad.

Property is good. The view us great and there is one trek to infinity pool as well
Vishnu manas and joy are great hosts and the manager is super friendly and helpful as well.
