Nice quiet neighborhood

Soon as we walked in the door, there were roaches coming from everywhere. They were so many that my family and I turned around and went back home. They wouldnt accommodate us for another room for that weekend and they didnt give me a refund. I still in the process now of fighting those charges with my bank. I took pictures of them crawling on the floor, counter tops, and the walls. After so many pictures and videos it was time to go because that was RIDICULOUS!!!

The Place is nice and very convenient, and everyone in my family is happy. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, I felt really safe and comfortable. We would definitely be going back next year.

I like everything about the place except for the cleanliness. There are some sticky spots on the living room floor, the curtain in the bathroom is dirty, and food crams in the sofas.

The property was in a great location and the size of the unit was good and the beds were comfortable

Honestly it was just two things the toilet handle broke with two days left and we called and nobody came to fix it . We could not flush the toilet so had to use the toilet by my sons bedroom just not convenient when we were liking having an ensuite And the smoke alarm batteries needed to be changed and the alarm went off in the middle of the night and was beeping for hours . We called about that and the batteries were changed.

Loved our stay. The staff was very friendly. If we had a question, they were quick to respond. I recommend this place, as I would stay here again. My family agreed. We felt very safe and loved our accomidations.

This is totally on me, I should have booked an extra day. Everything you did was perfect.

The keyless entry (code to access the property) was convenient. Well furnished, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen.

There were ants in the kitchen. Also, Booking.com noted this property as 'pet friendly'. It is not.

Superb

A great place for a family vacation (esp. with pets) if you don't mind a short drive to the ocean

A very nice bush to walk the dog, with trails and a pond (with alligators!). A decent community pool for the kids to play. A good kitchen with all the amenities. The closest Walmart is about a fifteen minutes drive away. Also, the entire neighbourhood is nice, quiet and clean, with golf courses all around. For the kids, the Alligator Adventure is recommended; adults should enjoy a Duplin Winery tour, especially if you are into sweet reds. Cherry Grove beach is by far the most quiet beach place in the vicinity, but that's somewhat longer drive, on the other side of the town.

No real issues whatsoever. It's a ten minute drive to the closest beach, but the drawbridge across the canal is sometimes blocked for the boat traffic to come through, so you might either wait or drive around (that's another fifteen minutes or so)

Disappointed by lack of professionalism and extent to provide the services which were paid.

Internet failed or was turned off after 2nd day of vacation. No explanation was ever provided, no response to repair or correct the issues, after several calls, texts, emails no response by customer service or management of Vacasa.
