    Good location, easy parking, quality finishes but no sleep due to noise.
    Good quality facilities and standard of finishes, although a little dated. It was good value for money in Hobart.
    Our room had noise from the ventilation system and the a/c units outside. I did call and email to request a new room or earplugs for sleeping, but reception did not respond.

    Beware- we were sent offsite to a third building after paying high tariff.
    Beware. I thought we were booking Wrest Point (high tariff) but on arrival staff pointed us in the direction of another building offsite. Once arrived at the offsite building I had to ask cleaning staff directions to our room which ended up being a third building Offsite.

Cutouts in ceiling to accommodate Airconditioner . We were able to have conversation through the ducted bathroom vents with the room next door. The elevator is antique (not in a good way) and feels unsafe. When I pointed out my disappointment at being sent offsite to staff they said it was booking.coms fault and that I should have booked direct with the hotel and not booking.com.

    Room Service online didnt work cleaner entered the room prior to checkout only knocked once and came straight in. I was half dressed. cafe food was over priced and not very good.
