    Guests praised the helpful and accommodating staff, especially Mariah at the front desk, who provided information about the amenities and local attractions. They enjoyed the ocean view/balcony rooms, (Read More) private beach with chairs and umbrellas, and the heated pool. The bar had great service, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Some guests mentioned that the rooms were a little dated but overall satisfactory. The hotel's beachfront location and proximity to shops and restaurants were appreciated. Excellent customer service and a memorable experience were highlighted by many guests.

    Highly impressed with everything. Sweet little spot with everything you need. So clean everywhere throughout the building. The staff was exceptional!

    Nice decor, pleasant staff, not sure if beach security is this hotel but both Jamie & Terry were fantastic!! If the cabanas bar is related we had exceptional service from both Krista & Jen ! Front desk staff very helpful . Cleanliness is a plus they do a great job
    The pool , I have traveled to many Florida resorts/hotels that mostly do things to try and deter birds from going in the pool ? Plantings,trees,umbrellas & one of my favorite resorts uses a fishing wire/line above the pool birds never fly under it ? I am not sure the answer but the pool at some points had 5 birds bathing in it there were feathers and bird poop all unsanitary . We did not have great weather no ones fault but the few times we went to the pool we did not go in because of gulls & pigeons
