Guests had an amazing experience at this Windermere Boutique Hotel Spa Suites & Hot Tubs. They were impressed with the "Love Suite" room, hot tub, and private lounge area for massages. Rooms were cle (Read More)an with TVs and access to streaming services. The location near Windermere and Bowness was convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and the breakfast in bed was lovely. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Windermere.

Will certainly book again.

Only reason for lower mark on comfort was the mattress, although one of the best I've slept on with regards hotels I still prefer something softer as I'm a side sleeper. Glass of fizz on arrival was nice touch, breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Booked it for birthday break and wasn't disappointed.

Only really thing we both said was that plug sockets in the bedroom area were not very accessible, Oh and the weather lol

Very nice but over expensive.

Lovely room, great bed and pillows.

Hot tub was barely hot enough, even after temp had been increased on request. Single glazed sash window lets noise in. Could have been wider choice for breakfast given the cost. Hot water takes a very long time to come through. Bathroom large and pretty but not comfortable. Only shower + hot tub. Brickettes for open fire only last 1 hr and extras have to be paid for

Very relaxing

Very clean. Gorgeous room. Loved the spa bath and jacuzzi. Loads of towels and lovely robes.

Honey suite does not feel private at all.

Room was fantastic and very cosy. Staff were very helpful and polite. Procceco on arrival was a bonus too didn't get to have a meal there but the breakfast was very nice.

Lovely room, delicious food, helpful staff.

Steam room, jacuzzi & whirlpool bath all in the room. Extras like chocolate & treats in room. Luxury bathrobes, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast, lots of choice. Close location to shops. Prosecco reception on arrival. Really good food delivered to our room for room service. Delicious goats cheese starter.

Batteries in remote control needed changing, tv in bathroom needed tuning. These issues where fixed quickly but still interrupted us. Issues with the hot water in the room Sunday morning which stopped us enjoying the facilities. This couldnt be helped though and was fixed quickly.

Luxurious stay in Windermere. Beautiful room and wonderful staff.

Beautiful luxurious rooms with added personal touches. The jacuzzi/spa room was amazing! Great location and wonderful staff. Very relaxing! The bed was the most comfiest we have slept in.
