The Westgate Branson Woods Resort is described as beautiful and cabin-like, although some found it eerie due to open doors. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue. The resort is highly recommended for its affordability and enjoyable experience. The only major complaint was about broken door handles and a non-functional shower in a new building. Overall we had a good experience.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great!

My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower but wasn't a huge deal

Exceptional

We love the Branson Hills Westgate Resort and are looking forward to our next stay.

Comfortable bed and great pillows. Lots of space in our room. Thermostat worked great. Great room rates.

TV remote was hard to work. Porch light shined into our room all night with no switch to turn it off and no curtain to block it.

Most horrible place we have ever stayed at

It was gated

Confusion on finding your cabin, first room smelled like a dead animal, no paper towels in the kitchen, shower door had to be worked on to open, bed was uncomfortable, VERY OUTDATED!! Room 2 was hard to find, had to climb up and down 2 flight of stairs with luggage and this room had a wonderful refrigerator that sounded like a leaf blower all night! When we told the staff at checkout, nothing was said to make our stay right. Will never stay here or tell anyone to stay there!! HORRIBLE! We have stayed at many places hotels and resorts, this was the worst by far.

It was nice but the housekeepers can do better. Trash under the sofa bed.

I like the friendly staff.

It was dark no window only in the bedroom and it was only a small window. The room was not cleaned very well we had to clean it ourself.

I like the water pressure in the shower. The place was clean. The bed was good.

The couch is broken down. The parking was too tight. Had to park and walk a pretty good distance to the room. Could not figure the tv out. There was no list of Channels, so had a hard time figuring out what the channels were. Its getting outdated. Also, our room which was to be a non smoking smelled like smoke. We also got into the elevator and someone had been smoking in there. It was so strong.
