They mention special executive room at higher price for people travelling for buisness---- and also explained at reception that study / work table is spacious --- also claim to have upgraded me free of cost for same but do not understand what was spacious as it was just a runner in front of tv where as there was plenty room in the corner where they could fit in a work table. Chair was also not suitable for a work table. Also mini refrigerator was not working, room temperature was less than the inside refrigerator temperature . Maybe refrigerator was the hottest spot in the complete room.Was it because refrigerator was enclosed with no vents ? Surprising many hotels sale in this basic engineering. Claim to be very old construction layout ,one of the first hotel in Vadodara . You can get lost for sometime and lose direction.. at least with ITC name they could make better use of spacious room .

Everything except a few things listed in the section "what we didn't like". Staff is good and Polite. R Rooms and Toilets are clean and well maintained except some signs of ageing. Restaurant is good. All type of food options. Food is exceptionally good. Restaurant kitchen accommodates your specific requests for kids. Very good location. Standards are maintained. Preferred hotel by celebrities too. Our Go To hotel if we are in Vadodara.
No lifts. Hard to come with aged parents. Need to rely on air-conditioning systems only as there are no fans. Windows are fixed glass, cant open. No balcony. Constant movement in the lobby by the house keeping staff and No sound isolation. You can hear others and others can hear you while walking in the lobby or a room opposite to you.
