Reasonably priced detached accommodation.

Dogs allowed. Ancillary accommodation (separate from dwelling) Breakfast facilities. Small table with chairs. Parking. Pub dining opposite. Location near to Broads.

Untidy sealant around shower. Toilet seat offline with bowl.

Perfect

We always enjoy our stay, the location is great and the room is very comfortable. The continental breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Moria and Pete are extremely friendly and helpful.

Very good

Warm welcome and room was clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Continental breakfast provided in room was substantial but disappointed full English not an option. Very nice pub across the road serving great food.

Only suggestion was the mattress on the bed was a little soft and ensuiite could do with updating.
