Excellent place to stay. Rooms are really well set up, plenty of space and room for storing ski gear and luggage. Bed was so comfortable. Shower is a great pressure and a great relief after skiing. Hot tub is also great. The best part is the service and attentiveness to the traveller's needs. The hotel was in contact several times prior to the stay to find out the reasons for our travel and our needs. We also got a lovely Christmas basket from them which was really appreciated. Great reception area with a fire and couches, really enjoyed sitting down having a drink and talking to people.
It would have been great if there was daily room service rather than every third night, but it is not a big deal. They just need hooks in the bathroom to be able to hang your towel if you need to reuse it. But this issue is standard in every single hotel I have ever stayed in.

Comfortable, clean room; convenient location
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and got a very quiet corner room on the second floor. Bed was comfortable, internet was good. Had a microwave and fridge in the room. The location was great for me, right on 3rd street.
Can't think of anything, it was all good!

The updated style was lovely, everything was modern and clean
The bathroom in our particular room was so tiny it was hard for an adult to get in and shut the door. But nearly impossible with a child, I'd have appreciated the staff giving us a room with a better bathroom since I have 2 small children.

Everything about this place was perfect and I look forward to going back!
The room decor was new and nice. Nice big-screen tv. Front desk person was awesome! Fire pit and outdoor area were great, sat outside both nights.
