Very good

Nice, clean, good-size rooms

The room was a good size and the shower was huge, great bathroom. Location was right by Cannery Row so ideal for evening meals and it was useful having parking, although frustrating having to pay extra for it.

Our room was facing Cannery Row and there was loud music until late on the first night which kept us up.

Friendly front desk but limited hours. Reasonable parking charge and excellent location. Nice gift bag of snacks.

Very good

No complaints really except we couldn't watch TV

Friendly staff, great location, and we even got a small bag of snacks upon check-in

Having to pay for parking. TV would not work unless we connected a "device" and scanned a QR code. Too complicated when you just want to simply watch TV.

Stay elsewhere. The moldy carpet and the rusty smelly water make the stay unbearable!!!!!

Nothing to like. Its a bad accommodation.

The room is not clean. The shower pressure is weak and the water has a rusty smell and the rusty smell is even coming from the basin tap. The carpet are old and desperately need a makeover and makes the room smell moldy. The aircon is very noisy.

Location is perfect! I prefer smaller facilities and having ample parking on site. This place is a gem. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very professional. I loved the courtyard and fire pit too.

I like having a microwave available either in the room or main lobby. The heater unit was very loud as well. But what I liked about it totally made up for any inconvenience.

Perfect location in Monterey

Fabulous location. Comfy beds. On-site parking lot. Adequate heating. The elevator had a card recognition system to access rooms which gave us a sense of security.

Would have appreciated more coffee & some tea bags & a hot water boiler.
