Skippers Cove received rave reviews for its brilliant location on the river front with ample sand and a beautiful view. The pools, spa, and tennis court were well-maintained and great for families wi (Read More)th kids. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Some guests were disappointed that one townhouse didn't have air conditioning downstairs, but overall, the units were clean and comfortable. The nearby activities, such as kayaking and mini tennis, were enjoyed by guests. The owners were highly praised for their hospitality. The only minor issue mentioned was the need to update some cooking utensils in certain units.

Extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a great getaway. Absolutely gorgeous views and so serene. Was perfect for my hubby and bub, and my parents who stayed in the second bedroom.

Great place to relax!

The location was absolutely stunning and peaceful and the cottage itself has everything you need and so many extra creature comforts. The booking process seamless and the owners extremely accommodating. We are already talking about when we can find time to visit again!

There is nothing to change about this property, it is beautiful.

You felt far away though only 15 mins to the beach. Cottage was beautiful and clean, modern facilities. Owners and their dog were lovely. Glorious views. The cottage literally had everything you need, even birthday candles, I could have left so much back at home if I knew. The kids loved it, they weren't confined to a small space apartment, they could be free, and loved the kayaking on the dam!

The window in the kitchen needs a blind for that morning sun. Cat (although very nice) is a bit of an annoyance when having food on the deck. Had to move chairs away so it couldn't jump up and steal food from the table

Absolute Hidden Gem

Location was stunning, check in and out was super simple, facilities were delightful, and the place was super clean and comfortable. We managed to see lambs, and a plethora of birds.

The canoeing experience was the perfect way to watch the sunset. The cabin was very clean and the hosts were friendly. The fire place was also very welcome.

The shared bathroom between the 2 rooms.
