Im very happy to stay in this hotel

I liked the decoration in general with the beautiful lighting, but I have one comment regarding the bathroom. Please change the color from dark to light so that it becomes more wonderful.

The fees are high but this not included with breakfast too be sad .

Very nice.

As usual everything was good. The room was big and spacious and the amenities great too. Breakfast was good too catering for all tastes.

The hotel was closing for renovation so the room we stayed in was looking a little worn down but I am sure it'll be soon fixed once they reopen.

Spacious rooms, very clean, smooth check in and check out, very kind, helpful staff, always around and reassuring if all is good. Comfortable bed, nice adult area by beach club pool. Very good breakfast, wide selection.

Great way to relax and spend quality time with my family.

The rooms are so spacious which was great for a family. The staff were very welcoming and made such a great effort with my son. Shout out to Mikael who chatted away to him on the buggy ride. The staff in the kids club were excellent my son didn't want to leave.

The food at breakfast could be hotter but the choice was excellent!

the pool was very nice and had different option, there was a shade so that we didnt get tan. the breakfast was superb. loved everything about it and the choices they have. amazing chef!

Overall, very good, happy with the facilities, care, spcaious room, etc. Japanese and Italian restaurants are very good too, enjoyable. Special thanks for late checkout, granted no probem.

Soap & lotion were absent in the bathroom sink. Likely a mistake - was provided upon request.
