Hotel was adequate Lovely views Nice and quiet

The staff at breakfast ( 5 serving staff and lady chef ) Not one person acknowledged us on arrival no one said hallo , good morning or even happy Christmas , they were very busy talking , no interest at all . The Staff took plates from our table without any contact or confirmation that we were ok or even actually even there totally rude and indifferent . Our eggs remained uneaten , cold , but no one asked why the lady chef checked the buffet again without any smile or concern . Terrible unpleasant feeling , Happy to walk away , again without any thanks , goodbye or have a nice day absolutely appalling manners . What a disgusting way to treat people

Excellent hotel with great facilities and staff in a very good location

This was our second stay at this hotel - once again it was excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful - especially when we had a problem with a jammed suitcase lock!

It would have been nice if breakfast finished a bit later than 10am

Comfortable and conveniently close to Oriente station and the airport

Helpful staff, complimentary water, full minibar, comfortable location for the airport+Oriente station with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. We also liked the fact that they had adjacent rooms with a family-type connecting door, making the stay smoother for the family.

In one of the rooms the bath was a bit "used" and would need some minor maintenance, but it was just minor and did not affect the overall stay. Also a bit strange that while they supply a solid soap, they didnt have a plate to place it on after using it.

Good value stay near the Oriente train station.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Oriente train station and the Parque das Naes which offers a lot of restaurants as well as the world-class Oceanrio aquarium. The room was roomy and comfortable, with a good bed, good sound proofing and an air conditioning that can actually be switched off! Pleasant staff and good breakfast.

I was in the same hotel 13 years earlier, and I would have expected some upgrades having taken place in the mean time, but did not notice any. Since the hotel was quite new at the time, this is not a major issue.

great views, amazing value for money

the view, the location, super friendly staff, could not be better

the shower needs to be checked, the sealing of the shower is removed, so every shower left the toilet as a swiming pool

We only spent one night at this hotel as we were flying out the next morning. The hotel was easy to find and the checkin process was seamless - even though I only booked an hour prior to arriving. There was onsite parking (in the back of hotel) and our room was spacious, well lit and very clean. The only negative I have about our room was that the glass partition for the shower did a poor job at keeping the water off of the floor. We went for a walk and there were a variety of restaurants and cafes. There was a nearby mall which also housed a grocery store. All in all I would certain recommend this establishment.

Shower partition does not contain the water very well. Also, and this is minor, a corkscrew in the room would be nice.
