Exceptional

The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The variety of offering was outstanding, and the waiters & chefs catered for all requests. The staff could not have been more polite, Aaron was particularly attentive. We visited in early December, and the hotel went all out with the Christnas decorations. It was quiet, but as we were looking for a break from travelling, it suited us. The 2-bed villa was huge and very stylish.

The villa had just been refurbished and missing a few basics in the kitchen, but housekeeping replaced within a few minutes with a smile.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. For the dinner, there was not many options for international cuisine.

The bedding had a strange odour. When I asked about it, I was told it's due to the feathers in duvet and I should have asked them for a foam option. I wish I knew this when I checked in. Other than this, the hotel is beautiful and the unit we booked was lovely and well maintained and neat. Also had a nice sized pool.However the kitchen is not stocked with any cutlery or dishes. Staff is exceptional and very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant staffs were wonderful and fantastic

You seriously need to reconsider your reception staffs. They need to learn english at least to communicate with customers - they lack explanation on numerous things and i had the worst reception experience among my trips. The point where they asked for missing shower gown and umbrella that we do not even know was the WORST. Its like we were being treated as thieves. Awful.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff

From grand reception to beautifully landscaped gardens and paths to the villa. Exceptional staff!! Greeted with smiles everywhere you go.

The villa is dated but I'm sure Marriott will upgrade the property in no time.

Great location, friendly staff, close to Da Nang (centre) and Hoi An (with a Grab). Not close enough to walk anywhere.

Nice and well kept grounds, own pool was great, lovely staff, close and can walk to the beach, liked location as out of city but not too far to Da Nang city or Hoi An. All Staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful especially buggy drivers. Main pool and daily breakfast buffet was great. Spa services also good.

The daily housekeeping wasnt of great standard, just roughly made beds and changed towels. The furniture in villas was older and had lots of stains that hadnt been cleaned well. The villa wasnt cleaned to Marriott standard when we arrived. Have stayed in other Marriotts. It didnt have any glasses or kitchen utensils to use. Had to keep calling reception to provide which they kindly did. Only one restaurant open when online and information booklet in room said two. Room service and restaurant food where okay.

Beautiful resort but needs some updating. Facilities were lacking but the private pool at the villa was amazing.

The villa was huge and the pool was excellent. A real luxury having that on your doorstep all to yourself. Huge breakfast choice too, they had every kind of food you could think of! Beds were huge and super comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly and couldnt do enough for you.

We felt the resort lacked atmosphere and was missing some form of entertainment or activities to give the place some life. We also felt the resort was a little bit tired looking and could do with some modernization and TLC. The villa we stayed in came with a kitchen but every drawer and cupboard was empty apart from two glasses. Seemed strange to us given we had such a beautiful big kitchen but nothing available to really utilise it. The food was pricey by Vietnam standards and was a bit disappointing, we didnt really enjoy the evening food in all honesty.
