Nice hotel in great location but doesn't live up to its five star rating and associated pricing
Great location for both city touring and also airport access. Room was a great size and so was bathroom. Breakfast was very good - wide selection of choices and all very good quality. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.
Bedroom very dark as windows faced onto a brick wall and electric lighting was very dim which didn;t help. Bathroom had poorly designed bath/shower facility so shower was inclined to flood the bathroom. Quality of towels mediocre for what is classified as a 5 star hotel and bathrobes were very small. We had booked half board accomodation because it was Christmas but the evening meals were not of a five star standard.

The bathroom amenities were not replenished, the bathtub door was inconveniently designed, floor grouting looked dirty

Great locatiom and good hotel
Second time here. Room was good and clean, with good ameneties. Staff was friendly though slightly busy. Great location amd overall good experience.
Felt at times that they were missing 1 or 2 people working there, as its peak season and it had a busy feel and they got confused with one item because pf that.

Nice location
Shower over bath and bath has a slope to get in past the glass shower door. Water leaking from shower door on to bathroom floor and made floor very slippy.
