The Vincci Ponte de Ferro in Porto/Gaia has an excellent location with great views of the bridge and Porto. The service is exceptional and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant offer (Read More)s delicious food at a great value. The staff is professional and attentive. The hotel is beautifully designed and provides a sophisticated ambiance. The breakfast is superb and the hotel is conveniently located for exploring. There are some minor drawbacks such as small rooms and noise from the tram, but overall, it is highly recommended for a memorable stay in Porto.

LOCATION and the VIEW !!!
It is our favorite hotel in all the places we have traveled! It was our 2nd visit in 4 months, and we cannot wait to visit again.
Only one staff at the front desk was lacking in smiling, which was contrasting to the rest of the people I interacted with at the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was nicely designed and the location can't be beat. And for dinner I had probably the best hamburger I've ever had in my life.
My experience here was great except for the staff working at the wine bar. Being served a drink took forever (literally 45 minutes) and the bartender kept swearing at everything, took forever to get my bill, ignored me when I needed something, another server flicked someone in the kitchen off through the kitchen door window. Really bizarre and unprofessional... unfortunately, that was my first impression of Porto!

Location is the best part of this property. Comfortable stay and loved the river view room.
