Apart from the banging that sounded like thunder at 6.30am in the morning was all good. Still dont know what it was but could be heard through my earplugs I wear. Only on our 2nd night stay

Bang average.

The breakfast was delicious, the food in general was great.

The mould in the ceiling above the shower and that the radiator in the bathroom was described by the staff as a decoration. The toilet didn't flush either.

Room cool when we arrived but soon warmed up. Drinking glasses in the bathroom would be helpful and a towel rail which heats up.

Disappointing

Inflexibility spoiled the experience.

Good location helpful and friendly receptionist

I made a mistake on my booking date. Rigid and dogmatic refusal to change the date despite my paying full price for the extra night and offering to pay the difference in price for the date change.

Perfect for Christmas family visit

Spent 6 nights at Village to visit family for Christmas...room was fab....bed was amazing best nights sleep in ages...and breakfast was all that could be asked for will definitely be back in future.

Ate 2 evening meals in Village...would like for there to be a little more choices that weren't deep fried...as a mainly chicken and veg eater the choices were limited...but having said that the food was good.
