Great location close to metro. Place was clean.

Beds were very hard. Walls very thin. Could easily hear everyone else on floor.

There is room for improvement

The receptionist was helpful They keep the suitcases after checkout

Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Though the location of the hotel is great, the rooms are not sound proof and resting is impossible with the traffic outside 24h/7. There were very noisy neighbours upstairs that contributed for the noisy stay. The bathroom has no ventilation and as a result the room gets very damp. Perhaps during the summer, guests can open the window and manage the damp however during winter this is not an option.

Good hotel-guesthouse, close to centre and metro

- Nice guesthouse, looked more to a hotel rather than a guesthouse - which is always a plus! - Big building and lots of rooms! - Dont miss to visit the nice cafe next to the guesthouse (nice pasteis de nata) - Next to metro and/or you can be easily in the centre within 15-20 min walk - Decent-size of rooms, great decor and generally clean (except bathroom...) - Professional staff, reception was always there

- Bathroom could be better, really small and not really previously clean. we found lots of hair from the people that stayed previously - Inner sound isolation, which is common in most of the hotels. Cleaners woke us up very early in the morning..

Really nice!

The calmness of the place. Our heaters stopped working (both rooms) but the staff has been very efficient in changing us rooms! The rooms were very clean (We tried 4 of them) and everyday the towels were changed as well as the rooms which were made up! Really nice!

The location, difficult to find a lot of restaurants near by. But everything was fine otherwise! - maybe a kettle would have been nice to have in each room to make some tea or instant coffee at any time!
