Exceptional

Had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was big and bed was a king size. They cleaned the room every day and made the bed. Big bathroom and lots of warm water. And personel was very helpful. Close to Metro station from where we could get anywhere in town. Also just a twenty minutes walk downtown. Safe area. Nice bar next door where we had out breakfast. You could also buy your own food and prepare in a little kitchen. Then eat outside on their patio.

Three stories up - and no elevator but they carried our suitcases up and down! Thank you.

This is a little gem of a hotel. Conveniently situated, walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Staff are exceptionally polite and friendly

There's nothing I can think of. We knew about the stairs so we could not complain

This was a great find. Extremely comfortable and spacious room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We also had a personalized special welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Location is also great, close to many attractions either by metro or on foot for those who like walking. Highly recommend!

Wow! The suite here is excellent value for money.

Central, extremely comfortable, best bathroom Ive ever had in Lisbon - lots of space, copious hot water, excellent water pressure, practical basin design - even excl. the jacuzzi!, quiet room, excellent security & of course the friendly staff. First-class in every way.

People with mobility issues might find the lack of an elevator a problem. But otherwise this guesthouse leaves nothing to be desired.

Very clean accommodations and very nice

Be aware of no elevators. We had very heavy luggages and climbing 3 flights was not easy specially if you are elderly. I guess we could have asked for help.

Can feel a little vibration with tube passed but wasnt an issue for us.
