This Victorian Inn is loved for its cute decor, spacious rooms, and warm fireplace. The location is amazing, with a high walkability score and proximity to restaurants and attractions like Cannery Ro (Read More)w and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Superb

Great classic hotel near Cannery Row

The front desk staff were very accommodating. There was free coffee/tea and lemon water 24/7. The breakfast included was pretty good especially with the warm omelette, sausage, and DIY waffles (I enjoyed that and it turned out really tasty). I was also surprised that they had happy hour from 5-6pm with free flow drinks and cheese. The rooms were clean enough with quaint styling.

Parking, although convenient, had a charge.

Comfortable accommodation in good location.

The fireplace in the room was nice.

The first room we were given was underneath a vibrating machine of some sort. From outside there was a big chimney above our room which may have had something to do with the noise. The vibration was too much for my wife so we asked to change rooms, which wasn't a problem.

Spacious comfortable room, parking spots not spacious.8

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed,and quiet.

The breakfast room was very small, crowded, with lines to get at the breakfast choices. The underground parking was very tight. The parking spaces were small and tight.. You had to be careful not to scrape or hit cars/walls on either side of you.

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast

I loved that is was dog friendly, the breakfast was great and filling. Waffles, sausages, omelets everything was great at the wine and cheese hour. Great little sitting area very cozy. The property was a few blocks from cannery row.

Upon entry there is no notice for low cars and we scraped the bottom going into the underground garage.

Superb

The location and parking were superb! Easy to get to and a short walk to most places you want to visit near Cannery Row. The room was cozy and a great place to relax between activities.

Disappointing

not that good.

location

not thoughtful i booked for 3 people but they not asked me if I need extra bed or provided towels. so many people at breakfast place, but no staff to hElp to organize people. the room is not that clean. overall very disappointing because I saw a lot of good reviews before I booked. I stayed in first floor and it was loud because people in the second floor kept walking.
