Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Great recommandations as well from Concierge on activities and visits. Definitely worth selecting Grand Hotel Victoria Jungfrau

Enjoyable stay at interlaken
Staff were amazing and very friendly specially Stark and the people in concierge and services. The reception staff only were only ok and not too friendly. We liked the view and the room was so clean and well organized. The best thing is the location and the quality of the hotel with its facilities.

Wonderful stay at Interlaken, conveniently located near Interlaken Ost. Great customer service.
The hotel room was fabulous. Customer service from check-in to check-out was great. They provided refreshments upon check-in and a little gift upon check-out. Fabulous spa and pool area. The outdoor spa was rejuvenating and offers a great view of the mountains. Restaurants with outdoor seating is great as well. A park is situated in front of the hotel where one can often see people land from paragliding.
One minor issue was the rug in our room was slippery, this can be dangerous for elderly people.

Exceptional stay, check in flexibility, luxurious room, very welcoming and supportive staff.
The concierge was very rude and didnt answer any of our questions you can find everything online he said.
