Great location at the V&A Waterfront with free valet parking.

Large rooms, large bathroom with shower, bath and twin vanities and separate toilet. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The location was in the heart of the waterfront shopping area, so lots of restaurants and shops very close by.

Noisy and inefficient air conditioning system. It cooled the room just enough but was noisy and the light stayed on the whole night. The unit in the second room seemed to work better. Refrigerator didn't really keep drinks cold either. Breakfast offering needs improvement. Although there were a la carte options, there was no toaster for the continental bread selection if you just wanted to have toast and cold cuts etc. Milk for cereal was not cold.

Perfect location. Nice restaurant on site to relax with a lovely view.

We were in a loft room which was comfortable enough but felt like we were staying with a relative in their teenagers room. Also it is very noisy if windy due to the windows.

It took some time for the valet parking to bring the car so plan your day accordingly. Very friendly team

Fantastic location, luxury property, safe and comfortable - would always recommend

- view from the room was amazing - bar and restaurant are really good, great breakfast - staff were fantastic the whole stay - perfect location and amenities - special touches

- swimming pool could be a little better but given the location it makes sense they have partnered with another hotel for the pool and its still very relaxing there

Exceptional

The location was excellent. The dinner was delicious. The drinks were great. The breakfast was ok.

The only negative was that We couldnt find a hair dryer but we managed without one.

Very good

Comfortable and great location.

The staff were amazing!!!! Super kind and helpful and VERY WELCOMING. The location is also great its right next to the waterfront. The standard room was also super spacious.
