    To charge $15 per night to use the car park is shameful
    Comfortable bed USB ports Mini bar charges are fair
    The $15 charge for the use of the car park (per night ) definitely has put me off from staying again out of principle.

    The stay was excellent and we are definitely coming back.
    Convenience and customer service. The location is amazing and perfect for the kids. All I mean every staff are excellent. Always ready to support and very professional. We do think everyone needs a praise if not a raise :)
    Some utilities are kind of old and need proper maintenance. For example, the toilet wasnt working perfectly. But this issue was politely acknowledged. We can also understand some staffing constraints in terms of maintenance works as it was on the NYE.

    Comfortable enough bed. Great view. Good location. CLeaning services was good one day and poor the previous.
    Bathrooms are a bit old, a bit dangerous. Cleaning on one day was not great.
