    Everything is clean the hotel has been renovated, ita so modern the rooms are clean and the beds are supper comfy. It is 10 min away from the train station.

    Overall great stay for a 2 day visit in Venice
    Clean, bright, spacious rooms. Nice breakfast, great staff and located very close to train station. Easy to get in and out.
    Had a bit of an issue both mornings with the hot water. First morning had barely none, second morning lasted only like five minutes. Not sure if this was a one off thing.
