Lovely place

The room was lovely. They had gone above and beyond. Gluten free jaffa cakes in the room for me. Plus gluten free sausages and toast too. The host was lovely and helpful too. Guided us to a great car park where we left it all weekend Friday to Monday for 24. So convenient for the North pier, a lovely pub (The Washington), funny girls and town centre. We will be back for sure great place. Thank you

Lovely place will definetly stay again

Excellent hosts and breakfast was superb. Lovely clean room with everything you need. Close to everything especially funny girls and close to town centre. Loved the late check out

Room, superb, spotlessly clean ,with some nice touches ,shower spacious and bed very comfortable. North Pier less than 10 minutes walk.Breakfast was delicious.

Host was a little brusque. I struggled with the front door key and wasn't happy about having to show me again. My partner was told to get a move on with her breakfast on our morning of departure .Breakfast was10-1030,when we needed to vacate by 11.I would suggest maybe breakfast should be 9-10,then that would leave an hour to get organised..Everything else was superb but this left a slightly sour taste in the mouth and left my partner upset.
