Very poor

My bad experience, I will not stay there again!!! Advice fot this hotel, make up your parking price or there is no visit

Water heater works good

The room is small different with the picture, the pump in the shower gel and shampoo didn't work as at all...I didn't get any drink during stay there and the worst is I should pay parking 50% room price and it's very expensive, I complained to the receptionist and he just say "that is our policy" wth

Decent location, unprofessional staff, beds not clean, hotel noisy

Location is the best, the room is okay especially for the price

Hygiene you have to pay for Parking even if you book a room that includes parking. The hotel does not offer free parking. Booking.com should remove this because there IS NO FREE PARKING. Some staff are very rude and arrogant and not helpful or welcoming

Disappointing

Good location, entrance a bit hidden but center is very close

It was not clean, blood and stains in the shower, bathroom smelled, bedsheets were not clean they had stains all over, expected much more Not the best hotel, i dont need luxury but it has te be clean

Worth it

The location is good, the view was excellent. The room was clean.

The water shower was not hot, maybe it's not provide by the facilities. There's no floor mat at the bathroom. But for the price that I was paying, it was worth it.

Not a pleasant experience at all

Nothing pleasant to review

Shopping area was scary, we were swarmed by street peddlars. Toilet door was old and haggard, bathroom has an unpleasant odour, curtains were dusty and torn. Only 1 bath towel provided. You need to take a separate lift to reach the lobby on the 7th floor.

Very good

The hotel is strategically located on the same building as the Pasar Baru. The lobby is on the 7th floor and adjacent to the parking lot. Room is spacious; a pleasant surprise for the rate that you pay. WIFI and toiletries are available. No fridge though. It has its own internal cafe at 6th floor which operates 24/7 and the operator also runs the laundry service. The surrounding area is quiet after 5.00pm once the Pasar/bazaar closed. Fast food restaurant-KFC is available at the opposite of the hotel. Staff is accommodating and helpful.
