People loitering in the parking lot at all hours. People who were not guests. Definitely using drugs, not sure what else. It was too late to leave or we would have. Did not feel safe and worried all night about our car and things inside the car. Room was not clean, no soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.

The hotel has had a recent update Beach hotel in maine near old orchard beach on route 1 all beach hotels are well used and older the weekends are pricey everywhere But this one fit my budget and it was clean & everything was newer & working I'm a veteran so I never complain I usually stay down in wells or kennebunk or York beach but this time I needed to be near Portland thanks for a great stay
The surrounding landscape needs a little work maybe some chairs & a lawn in the middle island

AC unit was great. Newer unit that was very quiet. Room was clean and well appointed.

So happy we find this place
The location was good for us. The room was very clean and new. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here 100 times over the craziness by the beach
The walls are thin you can hear the people walking and talking some times. But it didn't stop us from sleeping. Their are a few abandoned buildings next door that give it a little creepy vibe.

-Paper thin walls. We heard everything!! -Plastic on mattresses. -Cigarette smoke came into the room through the window air conditioner.
