    I liked that room was always clean, Free bottle of water / person. Elevator. Refrigerator with mini bar. Kettle. Private balcony with sitting. Drying rack. Toiletries. Near Big C, Banzaan market, restaurants and bus stops. Patong beach is only 7-10 min of walk. VERY GOOD PRICE!
    I have been in Bangkok, Pattaya, Koh Larn, Chiang Mai, whether I was paying cash or via card, not even one accommodation was begging me for deposit of 1000 baht (Now we are in different accommodation in Phuket, and they also didnt want deposit of 1000 baht). This means that when you come, you should prepare 1000 baht which will be maybe returned to you if you dont destroy anything. For me thats absolutely pathetic when they take from you 1000 baht not even mentioning that that already copied your passports which in Europe will be law violation. Accommodation is situated right next frequent road so besides cigarette smoke all the smog, noise and bike exhalations are getting into your room. Very noisy area but that wouldnt be a problem if you are planning to explore the island all day long, you would be so tired that the noise will be unimportant. I definitely dont recommend to for families with kids, I recommend this accommodation for individuals or groups of people who want to enjoy their time, drink, dance and partying. This will suit you well.

    Awesome stay and amazing hospitality!!
    The staff was friendly. The prices for the facilities they provided were matching the standard prices. The location was at walking distance from the beach and key places. The hotel was clean and comfortable. For the value the room size was great! The staff also gave us early check-in.
    The safe gets locked automatically after some time (seems like after 12 hours) and your codes wont work. We had to call the receptionist everytime to reset. The AC could be more cooler. We went in winters so it was ok, wonder how it will be during summers.

    Perfect for one night stay. Great location, right in the middle of everything. 15/20 minute walk to Patong beach. Friendly staff on check in- she was very helpful and organised transport for us that was much cheaper than booking online.
    The sheets and pillows had stains on them. There were tiny ants around the minibar and in the coffee cups. The breakfast was not great.

    Just be careful while staying their staff is rude and scammer.
    Property is just on a walking distance to bangla road.
    Their staff is a scammer. Always tried to get money from you anyhow. They never want to refund you security deposit always have excuses to cut it.

    The staff is very nice, the room is quite comfortable and suitable for the price. The location is very strategic and near to Patong Beach.
    Nothing except the water temperature for shower bit hard to control on hot and cold water.
