I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and was generally very impressed!
Arriving around midday on a Sunday, the staff managed to allocate me a room despite being very early for the room (I was aware there may have been a wait and was presently surprised when a room was given!). The room was very airy, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The wardrobe was huge (I expected to find Narnia in there somewhere) and fitted with a safe. There were complimentary tea and coffee facilities, bottles of water and soft drinks in the fridge that were replenished every day, an array of toiletries and a robe and slippers provided.
Breakfast was included in the rate and this was excellent with a range of both cooked and cold options each day, all of which was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, offering advice on places to eat-out and making reservations etc. One evening a colleague and I had a few drinks in the lobby bar area and found them to be reasonably priced for a high-end hotel.
The Hotel has a Spa and Gym. I did not use the Spa facilities and used the gym once.
The hotel's location is good for the train station and is easily walkable to many restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Some of the areas not far from the hotel did not feel the safest however this is to be expected in a city center but is worth noting fi travelling alone.
Overall, I would very much recommend staying here.
