Great welcome from friendly receptionist, room excellent, delicious dinner, breakfast feast amazing! Superb location by railway station just south of all of Turin's lovely attractions.

Beautiful hotel, with very helpful staff in a great location.

The rooms were all great, clean, quiet and of great proportions. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and variety. Staff were super helpful and very friendly.

The lighting in the bar/lounge was so bright, in the evenings it would be nice to have had a little more atmosphere. The lighting was designed to make you want to leave not stay!

Fantastic Hotel, Staff and Breakfast!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and was generally very impressed! Arriving around midday on a Sunday, the staff managed to allocate me a room despite being very early for the room (I was aware there may have been a wait and was presently surprised when a room was given!). The room was very airy, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The wardrobe was huge (I expected to find Narnia in there somewhere) and fitted with a safe. There were complimentary tea and coffee facilities, bottles of water and soft drinks in the fridge that were replenished every day, an array of toiletries and a robe and slippers provided. Breakfast was included in the rate and this was excellent with a range of both cooked and cold options each day, all of which was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, offering advice on places to eat-out and making reservations etc. One evening a colleague and I had a few drinks in the lobby bar area and found them to be reasonably priced for a high-end hotel. The Hotel has a Spa and Gym. I did not use the Spa facilities and used the gym once. The hotel's location is good for the train station and is easily walkable to many restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Some of the areas not far from the hotel did not feel the safest however this is to be expected in a city center but is worth noting fi travelling alone. Overall, I would very much recommend staying here.

My only minor criticism of the room would be the light switches not controlling all the individual side lights (which means turning them on and off separately - which is partly me being lazy but still annoying). The Hotel gym is a bit limited. It needs to be booked in advance and only 2 are allowed to use at a time (this makes sense given its size and I had no issues with booking when I wanted to use it) however some additional equipment would be useful. Just a greater range of weights would make a lot of difference (the largest dumbbell is 10Kg). Some of the areas not far from the hotel did not feel the safest however this is to be expected in a city center but is worth noting if travelling alone.
