In summary, my experience at the hotel was disappointing, with several issues that impacted my stay negatively. Firstly, the room designs were subpar, and I had to request a room change due to the inconvenient placement of the sink outside the washroom. As someone accustomed to air conditioning from the MEA region, I found the centrally air-conditioned hotel uncomfortably hot as it was set to heat by default. I had to request an extra fan to cope with the temperature. The breakfast options were limited and not suitable for those looking for halal choices, which significantly impacted my dining experience. I only visited the breakfast area once during my 4-night stay. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking. Aside from occasional adjustments to the bed sheets, I didn't observe any thorough cleaning. Furthermore, I had to repeatedly request the return of the iron, which the cleaning staff had taken. Overall, my stay at the hotel left much to be desired, and I would not recommend it based on these experiences.

Wouldn't say it was a 4 star. The hotel is nicely decorated. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is 25 mins walk to the centre.

There was no restaurant on site. The lighting in corridors was dim. The room lighting was dim and the lamp provided was a USB but there was no port. The tea/coffee supply for 2 nights was 1 teabag 1 coffee and no milk. They were not restocked. The room was too warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The room was not in the best location I think it was near the cleaners supply cupboard because we heard a door slamming shut quite a lot !!

we used it for an overnight stay be fore our flight home, the breakfast was excellent. there were plenty of choice of restaurants for a meal in the area.

My data got leaked and a hacker was able to send me messages through the booking.com app and get me to confirm my bank details for the transaction. This was in october, I was told not to worry when I reported it and realised. Now before the New year I am having to freeze all of my bank cards because they are taking money left right a centre. When I told the hotel they 'hoped it would be resolved soon'. I wouldn't book with them again in case they haven't improved their systems and more people fall victim to this.

Tbh, not worth the 4 stars

Good location Nice design

Horrible smell in the room(cigarettes) TV was not working, I asked the staff they said 5 mins and I had to wait hours for them to come, they restarted the system and as soon as they left nothing was working. The 1st lady who did the check-in had a rude attitude, not even a smile... was just a strange interaction but thankfully not everyone was like her..
