I requested to clean the room, staff promised, but did not clean the room. Secondly this was my third time staying and they charged a different amount even on cash payment. They did not give good customer service.

Everything clean..well maintained

The TV not working in my room...called them..The staff very helpful and send Tech to look into it.. The Maintenance guys also very good. The managed to fix the TV...Unfortunately after we went out n come bck the TV not working again.. We too tired and I didn't manage to call any staff...

The receptionist Ahmed offered me 12pm check out without me asking. Shower was good

Facing the main road which is quite noisy at times. I booked it very last minute and was concerned that it would be cancelled as I checked in around 11pm only. Therefore, I had message the hotel 3 times and called 1 time but no reply. Hope the hotel can respond in time. The cover for the TV remote control was missing. Suggest to provide toothbrush and toothpaste

The location is okay. Frontdesk is good. Good free wifi

Got 3 rooms. The rooms are so dirty, full with dust. Had to wipe the whole room with toilet rolls, so black. Looks like it was not used for a long time. Since we got the highest floor. Should've clean up before any guest checks in for the day. The bed linen is full of mapping, disgusting, slept outside the blanket cause of it. One of the room was so smelly. The shower water pressure is inconsistent, sometimes it became so slow and little, needed to wait for a while before it became normal and can be used. The price we had to pay for 1 night in the weekend was not cheap at all, as expensive as a 4/5 star hotel for a night. But we expected at least it would be up to standard, at least the facilities and cleanliness. Dissappointing. Parking is also quite limited

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good Shower area. Both aircon and fan in room.

Not for long term stay as the room and toilet area is smalll. No cabinets. Need refurbishment as everything looks old.
