Location to all the amenities in the downtown district is perfect. Also the detached lounge SOCO Social was an excellent place to unwind with a cocktail.

The description did not disclose the $11 parking fee associated with the stay. The CSR informed me of that fee upon check-in.

Good but not great.

The location and general service of the hotel was nice. Good breakfast, great fitness center, good location with ease of walking to food and downtown attractions.

A little over priced for what we got.

Not for me.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

No hot water maker in room, no freezer in room. Walking down 3 floors just to get hot water is not customer friendly.

It was okay but doubt I will ever stay in this hotel again.

Modern and clean. The breakfast was okay although at 8:15 the coffee pot was empty. It was quickly filled up, but I had been on the road for 12 hours the previous day and needed coffee ASAP.

Small room and bathroom. Over $250 for this? The soap, etc were hard to squeeze out of the containers. My bedside lamp wouldnt stay on. The night manager was nice but was difficult to understand his speech. The parking was confusing. I always like an in-room coffee pot so I dont have to get dressed right away in order to have my first cup of coffee, but I guess there is no room in these tiny spaces in which to put one?

Perfect place on the way from Seattle to Denver.

Close to Amtrak station, 2 min. to the free bus no. 1 to the airport, 10 min. walk to Enterprise car rental. And finally 20 min. by car to the beautiful canyon "Colorado National Monument". If you want to stay 5h after your check-out in the lobby - no problem for the staff!

I would describe it as okay. Nothing fancy and certainly a high price for this property.

Fairly new hotel in a nice location right near the old town with lots of restaurants and bars. The room was on the smaller side. Breakfast was okay and very basic. The staff at the hotel was very nice.

Like I said the room was on the small side and basic for the premium price paid per night. Also the $11 per night charge to park the car was annoying considering there was tons of parking in the lot.
