    Excellent Stay. First time in this hotel but will not be the last.
    Location, friendly staff, cleanliness and good food for all local and foreign visitors.
    I saw few getting into the pool without having a wash. This got to be stopped by strict controls. Should be fined $50-100 if some one gets into the pool without a proper wash. I think this needs to be informed to all when they check into the hotel. Time to control spreading of all diseases.

    We enjoyed the sea and the liked the chalet we got however hotel can improve on service .
    The food was ok not great. We thought it did not match the cinnamon standard
    The hotel lacks service staff they were not very attentive and lacked hospitality which is unlike the staff at cinnamon chain we have seen before. A special mention to the Naturalist Mr. gamini who was very helpful can say an asset to the hotel.

    We got a beachfront and poolfront room with the best view of Trinco, and the breakfast was amazing. Additionally, there was a Shallow Sea, allowing guests to go approximately 30 meters into the sea

    Inhabitable should not be in an international website , booking .com should remove this hotel
    Nothing about this hotel we liked , it is inhabitable place , I am surprised booking.com had this listed
    Reception entry run down the down wash room terrible , then finally our rooms so small bathroom so small so stuffy and not clean out side corridor water everywhere, my sisters adjoining room the a/c leaked and water everywhere they took 2 hrs to repair it , food is average , we went down to lounge area to have a cocktail the cushions so filthy and dirty the fan where we were seated started to leak . Spoke to management gave our feed back checked out the next day I think booking.com must compensate us for booking in this terrible place the money we paid for one night wasted

    Lovely spot, beautiful beach, lovely staff. Cool beach styling. Nice rooms.
    Runoff from the city into the ocean made it impossible to enjoy the beach.

    So much great Sri Lankan food
    The staff were extremely hospitable. Specially the staff at the restaurant. Buddika and his team ( Siva, Mahesh, Niroshan etc) were always checking on us, providing all our needs and making sure we were well taken care of. On top.of that the food was excellent as well. There was a great variety of Sri Lankan cuisine every breakfast and dinner. Loved it
    It rained a lot. So need to ensure I go there on the correct season next time

    Overall location of hotel is very good.
    1. I was expecting the suit room with beach side 2. Need to improve the food taste for vegetarian visitors as the veg. taste not meeting the expectation, quality is very cheap food. One star for veg food.
