Good size room,with a nice view over fields,easy to park,breakfast was good value

The service in the bar for our evening meal. Lady at reception kindly booked us a table. Walked up and taken to a table tucked away from bar.....waited ages to get served, food came was nice....then waited,even after asking at bar,told someone would be with us....waited, gave up getting a pudding,went to bar paid bill and headed back to room......a very dark walk

Stay ok, but very poor breakfast and customer care/thought from young staff

Breakfast overlooked and dried up, apart from a freshly cooked egg, the remainder what been cooked hours earlier and left to get hard and almost inedible. Very load disc music being played in dining room at breakfast time. Had to ask for it to be turned down. Have stayed at Trickys several times before, but this is the worst time.
