Great location, if you dont mind zero customer service in your stay
The location was great, close to the markets, the docks and the city of Hobart. Breakfast was a win with plenty of options that they kept stocked. Bed was comfy. Gym had a good range of equipment.
The staff were uninviting and the front office staff couldnt have been less interested in the patrons, serving or helping customers waiting. Definitely not a warm welcome entering and leaving.
The bathroom had no fan to remove humidity and the shower had no door so soaked the entire bathroom and floor making it slippy, across the entire room or the bathmat ended up drenched with no where to hang to dry out other than the rack above the toilet that then dripped on you and the toilet making the floor socked and slippy.
Requested the room make up one day, some new towels but left the bed unmade.
Couldnt stream to the tv via your phone or stream any services you had to watch a movie or tv shows- disappointing. Came with a microwave and knives and forks but was missing the plates from the room.

Good location, close to the harbour and shopping centre
It was very clean and comfortable, a little dated. I booked knowing it had a kitchenette, however I had to get water for the kettle from the bathroom. I guess I thought the kitchenette would be a little bigger and have cutlery, plates etc to use in the microwave.

Fuss free, clean and great location
It is a fuss free, clean and very affordable given its prime location! There is also a private car park just right below the hotel which is very convenient. Also, it is just a short 10 min walk to the city centre

Perfect location however disappointed by the lack of cleanliness
Location was great and parking was well priced
The carpet was filthy! There was no cleaning at all for the whole 8 days that we stayed. I only got new towels daily. The carpet was never vacuumed during our stay, the sink was never cleaned and the toilet never smelled fresh. We paid $2,575 Australian dollars for the 8 nights! If you are going to charge the equivalent of a 5 star hotel, at least provide us with a room that is cleaned daily.

Aircon System unacceptable
location was good. Clean and decent size.
The Aircon system was dreadful. Could not adjust in the room so room was too hot at night. Very uncomforable. Tried to fix with reception but clear they do not allow guests to adjust. Will never use hotel again without checking I can adjust the Aircon.
