The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boise Downtown/University was praised for its good location and pleasant staff, although some guests were disappointed that they were not informed about the unusable (Read More) pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel breakfast was enjoyable. The kitchenette rooms had ample storage and were favored by those visiting the BSU campus. The hotel provided ice cold water, hot coffee, and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Some guests wished for ovens in the rooms and felt that the market could be better stocked.

Overall excellent and we will stay there again.
Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Hot tub was broken which was one of the reasons we booked a multi day stay there. There should be some way of warning people that not all listed amenities are available.

Had a terrific stay!
We were there for the 4th of July and the manager was very accommodating and went out of her way to find us a wheelchair so my husband could be more comfortable for the fireworks!
Nothing - all was wonderful!

It was like home away from home.
Property is located close to attractions. It was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Ample amount of parking. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was attentive, accommodating and friendly.
Pool water was freezing, and sometimes the keys didnt work when trying to enter the building or our room. It took multiple tries

The staff were super friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was delicious! We had a very minor issue happen in our room and was taken care of promptly by the staff!
Our fridge wasnt working when we arrived but the freezer was cold and the staff was quick to get it fixed!
