Guest enjoyed a warm welcome from reception and excellent service at Tor-Na-Coille Hotel. They had to leave early but appreciated the helpful staff and high level of room service. Another reviewer pr (Read More)aised the excellent service and atmosphere for a family birthday meal, mentioning the host Rami. They found the experience to be good value and plan to return. Ideal location, close to town centre, friendly staff and very comfortable hotel.

Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Young bar tender was very efficient and polite. Room was very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff looked happy in their workplace. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely hotel but the rooms need a bit of tlc

We were there for a Xmas party and the food/service was excellent. The room itself was a little tired in terms of the decor/standard. The wardrobe door wouldnt close properly and the tv was tiny! Could do with a bit of a refresh.

Apart from check in this hotel was just what we needed

Nice room. Very nice touch with bath robes. Lovely big shower. Lovely restaurant. Excellent food

We tried to check in and it took ages. We had to ring the bell many times and still no one appeared. We tried to get the attention of other staff members who ignored us. Not a good first impression Im afraid

Outstanding hotel with lovely staff.

Our welcome was outstanding, and we were given a tour of the ground floor and information on the hotel. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was not only quiet but very warm and comfortable. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal was excellent, and breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was delicious. We understand that the hotel is undergoing a full refurbishment, and the work done so far is to a very high standard and well worthy of its 4 stars.

There was nothing to dislike.

Arrived late, had breakfast late and the hotel staff were still incredible. Hotel had homely feel.

Arrived very late, the night staff were excellent. The room were much better than expected, had a good nights sleep and woke up to a full Scottish breakfast.
