Staff and all the team brill.

The staff were attentive and courteous. Top marks to them. The breakfast was excellent.

The entrance. What looks like the entrance is in fact an exit with a sign on the wall pointing up the street for way in. Then, when you enter you are directed to the other end of the bar to check in. Room was poky, certainly not worth the money. Cold after heating went off and no extra bedding.

Great friendly and comfortable pub hotel.

I've stayed here a few times over the years and think it's the best hotel in Lancaster. The staff are excellent - Friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great - full range of hotel and cold options prepared to your order. The rooms are clean and comfortable.so if you're looking for somewhere conveniently located that is clean, comfortable and decent value for money, then this is recommended.

No complaints! If you're looking for a place with more facilities like a gym and pool etc then this isn't for you - but this is a pub hotel so those facilities are not to be expected.
