Hotel with a pleasant location, near the metro and commercial centre but outside the centre of Lisbon. Nice room, clean and confortable (if you like very soft bed) frendly staff and helpful. Swimming pool and amenities are appreciate.
Breakfast is big enough with variety of choices but the food is really basic and the cuisine is not elaborate. The taste is very poor and not really good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds and pillows are super comfortable! Great breakfast, great location.
The room's carpet had a lot of stains, and that gave it a not clean look to the room. I don't understand why hotels still have carpet in their rooms. It's certainly not hygienic at all!

Practical however far beyond a 4 stars hotel
Staff are marvellous and also location. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, Oceanarium, Rio Tejo and metro. Breakfast is good.
Carpets are really dirty , a lot of stains, elevators are not dimensioned for busy hours, lack of maintenance is evident. Hotel allows dogs which can make your night a little noise and also it doesnt help with a good cleaning

Dirty rooms. Extremely uncomfortable beds.
Dark and dungeon rooms. Carpet disgusting and smelly. It's definitely not a 4 star. It's a 2 star. Deceiving photos on booking.com. it's more a backpack hostel than a family hotel room.

Great stay near the airport and ample parking, great restaurant on the rooftop.
They were able to honour our adjoining rooms request. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, great Caipirinhas and sushi.

Pillows too stuffy and tall. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels in the same category. The spa facilities were too cold to be comfortable in them after getting out of the water.

The location
We were disappointed in the property. Have stayed many times and feel that the hotel is not as good as it used to be. The carpet was soiled. Te towels were very flimsy and one towel was raggedy. The bathroom had no. Vent so every time you had a shower everything got wet. We wont be staying at this Perrys again.
