    The Tivoli Hotel is a large, modern hotel and conference center with separate receptions for hotel and conference guests. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, although the family rooms are small. (Read More)The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of options. The pool and gym facilities are great, and the rooftop bar offers beautiful views. The location is a bit out of town, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a nice, clean hotel with decent rooms and good service.

    Loved copenhagen - will chose another hotel next time.
    It was an ok location - quite a walk from the station and main part of town. Great for Tivoli Gardens.
    Room was small, for a family - sofa bed uncomfortable as was ours. Just a little tired and needs decent beds. For the money we paid for 2 nights, I'd expect better beds and this was a family room. Not very comfy for the kids.

    It was very central to explore tivoli gardens and historic Copenhagen. They also put on big effort for kids bouncy castle etc. sauna was lovely to warm up

    Staff is nice, and you will find everything you need here
    Noisy rooms; we could hear our neighbours very well as well as people walking one floor above us. The hotel is quite commercial; tried to sell us an upgrade

    Good, with a few inconveniences
    - Breakfast - Access to sauna and pool - Game area - Good location close to train station and main areas (10-15 mins by walk) - Staff always here to help you
    - Cleanliness : the first day we came in our room, we found stains on bedsheets. We complained and it got changed immediately. Then, for 2 days, we have asked to get our room cleaned but it wasnt done (apparently, communication problem and error in their system). We complained to the manager and she was really understanding and showed professionalism : she offered us a partial refund for this inconvenience and made sur that our room was cleaned everyday (which it was after that). - Room: good but a closet would have been appreciated to store cloths and things - Tv: a few minor problems but overall good.

    Great location and a buffet breakfast to keep teenagers content!
    Lovely hotel, staff were really nice to deal with, lady at check in ensured we (family) had rooms together. Great location for the city centre, maybe 12 minute walk. Breakfast was lovely, children loved the pancakes, great selection of breads and pastries, well topped up.
    Pull out sofa bed needed a refresh and vacuum underneath. Otherwise rooms very clean and beds comfy.

    Overall a lovely hotel, just a shame about the room we got.
    Great for kids, play area is a great idea, my daughter loved it! The restaurant MASH on the top floor was fantastic!
    The family room we had was very small and the toilet was a strange set up. Had a frosted glass door, nowhere to put your clothes when having a shower. Shower had a blockage and overfilled.

    The location of the hotel is good, near the city center which makes it easy to move around, also there are always taxis available at the hotel's entrance. The breakfast was good but not with much variety. The fitness area and pool were okay although a bit small for such a big hotel.
    The cleanliness of the room was really bad. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the staff never came to clean even though we asked for it several times. The drainage of the shower was clogged, and of course, the water didn't flow well, causing a flood every time someone took a shower. Also, for a family room, and having in mind how expensive it is, the room was very, very small, with an improvised and uncomfortable couch turned as a bed.

    Room service was too busy, and we had feathers in our room despite requesting none specifically. Was quickly remedied though.

    This hotel was really disappointing
    Absolutely nothing. Dont book this place.
    This hotel was dreadful. Looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com. Rooms were terrible. Staff were unhelpful. No shower gel in the rooms. Lack of towels. Beds were uncomfortable. Family rooms were very small. There is nothing that would make me stay there again

    Didnt quite meet expectations.
    Nice play area for kids. Restaurant was nice but expensive. Nice to be able to walk to the city centre and the Tivoli Gardens.
    The noise from the railway all night :( No real atmosphere in the hotel
