The apartment floor may benefit from additional cleaning. The hanger in the bathroom was torn but hasn't been replaced yet. I noticed few underwears inside the headboard of the bed. While the cleanliness of the breakfast area could be improved, it's not an ideal place for dining due to the presence of flies around the food. Additionally, there is room for enhancement in the quality of the food.
