This is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my entire life. Breathtaking view. From the first moment we arrived, Kiki came to receive us from the car in the parking lot. As we entered, Yoro brought us fruit and champagne and took care of everything we needed and many times more. It was simply outstanding hospitality. The best hosts we have ever had. A huge and pampering aura!!! Jacuzzi, pool, 4 bathrooms and shower, very comfortable beds. Full of spaces that allowed space for children to play hide and seek even. Very good

Astonishing view, calmness and conditioner noise at night

The view is astonishing. The swimming pool is nice and played the central place of attraction for kids). The welcome food with sparkling vine was also very pleasant. Staff was unbelievably helpful. Every small demand was satisfied. They organised all transfers for us and late leaving with SPA access. We went 2 times to the nice restaurant-taverna Raki nearby, recommended by reception staff. There was no Nutella at the hotel, but they bought it especially for our sons breakfast. We were difficult clients, but services were just perfect.

The facilities need renovation in some areas. Villas are close to each other and you hear everything is going on at your neighbours. Especially at the swimming pool area. There is no restaurant and this place is a bit far from everything. You have to go 10-15 min to the nearest village to find a restaurant. The air conditioning box outside produce noise at night as it is placed near the window of main parental bedrum, wich are unfortunately not on the sea side with a view, but on the side of entrance. You cant enjoy fresh night air cos you have to close window at night.

I would totally go back there again

The view was amazing and the hotel was very nice! We loved every single thing.

I didnt like the big bathroom! It didnt look that it was cleaned before we got there! There was dirt and wet towels still in there.

beautiful outdoor pool area, nice view, amazing amazing staff. Easily parking area. Security.

the condition of the room needs immediate renovation. the floors creak with every step, the internal staircase creaks and is unstable, the master bathroom has a broken bathtub, the TV controls are tuned so they change channels in other rooms, terrible entrance to the room with the kitchen right in front of the door, decoration tragic (nothing to do with the photos on the booking). very annoying the road right in front of the pool, cars and vans crossing have a direct view of your personal space next to the pool.

The most amazing view, the yard is really nice with the pool but inside the villa some things need to be improved.

The view of the caldera. The location in Santorini is the best.

Fee options for breakfast, one morning we woke up invaded by ants in the kitchen area and the fridge has not been cleaned for a long time.

Fantastic sunset view villa! Absolutely beautiful place!

This was an amazing short break with friends from work. The villa is beautiful with spacious rooms and minimal design. The pool area and private pool is fantastic with several seating options to relax including a beautiful hammock. We absolutely loved the outdoor pool area where we spent most of our time. Indoor jacuzzi was also a bonus! The views are spectacular and the sunset time majestic. We were especially happy to encounter staff that were very professional, responsive and offered great service with a friendly smile. We felt welcomed instantly. We wish we had more days to spend.

What not to like! Everything was perfect!

Great potential, needs some internal tlc and needs an on site restaurant or bar.

The Villas are in the quieter part of the island which is good. Externally they look great but the bathrooms and kitchen (if you can call it that) is like a tired MFI kitchen. No sink plug, no tea towels and a very poor cooker. Upstairs shower only had one door and bathroom very tired. Soap bottles not replenished, cleaner didnt clean very well and didnt always make the beds. Some of the staff are lovely (breakfast man) but others didnt have much of a clue. Great views and lovely pool at each Villa.

Taxis are mega expensive in Santorini. 70 euros to Oia and 45 euros to Thira each way. Car needed if you want to see the island economically.
