The reviewer had a fantastic experience with the front desk agent, Joel, who was friendly and knowledgeable. They also loved the beautiful room with a great shower and bath. They did not dine at the (Read More)hotel, but appreciated the nearby location with plenty of dining options.

Inconvenient and unprepared, making guests wait 4 hours past check in for their rooms to be ready.

Unprepared and rooms were not ready. Had to change for my event in the lobby bathroom and leave all luggage in the car. Checked in at 2:00pm and room was not ready until 6:00pm. Staff were not accommodating to the people who waited hours in line to check in. I tried calling the front desk while my husband waited in line and no one would answer the phone. Major inconvenience and will never stay here for an event at any time.

Disappointing

Over 2 hrs waiting and begging for rooma. Never again!!

Location was great. Valet parking was fantastic. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We contacted the property for a 3:00 pm check in. We arrived at 2:45. Stood in line for over an hour. Then was told we may have a room and we will call you. I paid $317 up front to maybe get a room. We missed our dinner reservations because of having to wait. I started noticing that ppl getting loud were getting rooms. I brought my disabled niece to see Metallica. It was close to 5 and the show starts at 6. I finally went up and begged to please get a room. We have drove for 4.5 hrs. We booked this 2.5 months in advance. We have missed dinner reservations!!! and this is unbelievable. My niece has special needs and has sit in the foyer for 2 hrs now. We finally got a room. This was the worst experience for a hotel ever. We were never told anything, just given drink vouchers. We do not drink. Never again will i spend a moment inside a Westin Hotel.

Disappointing

Next visit I will not stay at the Westin.

Room style and layout.

The loud club on the corner of the location. I found socks behind the tv stand. There was an annoying mechanical noise constantly sounding within the room. Body wash container was empty and no iron was available. I called the front desk to have the container refilled and about the locked closet where the iron may have been, but no service was given. I was offered valet service and paid, but it was only available upon arrival. Valet staff was absent and sign was removed.

clean place, great location, poor management

location (right next to the ballpark)

extremely poor management on a game day (which usually doesnt come by surprise): wait time at check-in 30+ minutes, at 4:30pm one of two rooms wasnt ready yet. They should have anticipated a rush on game day and made proper arrangements in advance (e.g. get more staff)
