Most disappointing trip ever. I used to live in Tucson and loved this location but it has really gone down
Hill in terms of management. First off we checked in 3 hours late because of a power outage. They literally couldnt find one of our reservations and then couldnt assign our other room because of the outage. We hung around the hotel but because there was some thunder the pool was closed. Food while we hung out was minimal and no good options for kids. I think the worst part was the pool manager. He kept harassing us because a family in a cabana was complaining that our kids had pool toys and they didnt bring theirs. I get there may have been a rule about this we werent aware of but once they let us know we put the toys away. The manager was so rude and condescending he said we should have read the information about it when we checked in. Mind you they didnt give us ANY information upon check in as they were barely able to check us in do you power outage. He kept coming around and policing everything we did, and the dad in the cabana paid more attention to what we did then what his own kids were up to, it was weird and creepy. We finally just left. Also a 60 dollar random charge appeared on my card for no apparent reason. I tried endlessly to get someone on the phone and was unable to. Up until now almost a month after still unresolved. At this point I basically ate the charge, definitely a very horrible and disappointing experience, will probably not stay here again.
