Good value for money but missing lots of amenities

Spacious, great kitchen and living space

Information sent before stay was incorrect - was told there would be a 50 per night per-authorisation but they took 200 for the two bedroom apartment. The Hotel and Aparthotel are two different buildings and should be listed separately or made clearer. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly as there was a used, wet towel left behind the bathroom door. There were a bunch of amenities that were mentioned on the listing but were not provided. Reception were unhelpful when getting complimentary coffee and milk and said they didnt know as they cleaners had not arrived.

We had an excellent stay, my money has still not returned to my card and we are now 4 days post stay, but overall it was

It was beautiful and no complaints at all.

I think the rooftop bar should have an entrance via the hotel that is useable. We asked the gentleman on reception and he made us go to the court yard and then the security guard in the gate made us go out in to the street after firstly not knowing what we were on about, to then have to sign in to the bar to then at the end of our drinks be taken back down a stairwell that leased to the hotel, it just didnt make any sense. I also informed the hotel that it was my wifes birthday and I think for how executive the hotel is I would have thought they would have been able to make some sort of simple yesterday but it was not even acknowledged on booking. I have stayed in cheaper accommodation for special occasions and they have gone above and beyond, special desert or something but there was nothing and not even an option of paying for something which was disappointing.

Great location and hotel

Great location, feels luxurious

Struggled to park at the car park and anywhere close by. Very expensive to park nearby Our room only had 2 bed side lights and a bathroom light. It was very dark near the wardrobe area

Staff didn't seem to know policy not the same policy and information for the vermont Hotel and apartments very confusing needs to be changed on booking.com to reflect this. Also beds need checking I came away with bites
