A really good stay with excellent staff.

Breakfast on the patio was very good. Very Good food overall. The hotel's layout and decoration along with the excellent staff generated a good ambience.

The bathroom was too small with no shelving or storage space. Also bedside lighting was too dim - difficult to read at night. We booked dinner in the hotel on one evening but because of an external function were pl;aced in the conservatory, which was soulless with only one other couple. If we had been told we would not be in the main dining room, we would not have eaten in the hotel but gone out.

Staff are so wonderful including the gentleman parking our car to the entire staff including Sini...

The Beverage Manager was the loveliest lady we have ever encountered at any hotel EVER... The roof top bar is great but the bartender in the main dining is a very fine mixologist. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the location makes it the best spot in Newport...

The staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. The location is also wonderful. It's very expensive but a worthwhile splurge! The rooftop bar offers a spectacular view of the harbor.

Outstanding.

Elizabeth and Christina at front desk, Emma in the dining experience is outstanding and mostly Said in the Bell Captain is truly what makes the Vanderbilt make the Four Seasons cry.

Lack of 24hours in Room dining and Bar Service.

Very good

Overall, the hotel was very nice but too expensive.

The bedroom was kind of dark and we were required to have the light on all day. The indoor pool looked much nicer on the picture and it was not much fun using it.
